Elizabeth Taylor has been an artist all her life. It’s how God made her. She was created to create! Ceramics, cakes, clothes, crafts! Recently Elizabeth prayed for creativity and God blessed her with these beautiful butterflies! She can’t stop making them! They bring her and her creations endless joy!

 

“Everyone is looking for purpose and I believe God‘s purpose for me is to create. When I make butterflies hours go by unnoticed which for me is an indication that I am working in the way God created me. I pray for God to be glorified through the gift He has given me. Part of my creative process just to make things first and analyze second. It’s a process of flow, play and what feels right & good. I definitely try not to overthink. I believe God will continue to give me new ideas. Butterflies are symbolic of transformation and that is exactly what God wants for us! Moving from my will that leads me astray to His glorious plan and purpose!”

 

In addition to being an artist and a believer, Elizabeth is married to Starke Taylor, the love of her life and husband of 25 years. She is also a mother to her daughter Lauren, her son Starke, her gigantic Bernese Mountain dog Rugby.
